On Recollections, I discuss my personal thoughts and memories of progressive rock and related music. These recollections will stretch back to my teenage years through the present era. On this month’s show, I will be discussing and playing the music from my personal recollections of the first time I heard music from the early 80’s super group Asia and the 70’s band Procol Harem. Later in the show will be my “Versus” segment, where I will be comparing the 1960’s song “Standing In The Shadows Of Love” by The Four Tops, to its later prog cover by 3. Also, I will be presenting prog from a non-prog band, and this month it will be Led Zeppelin. This month I will also relay a concert recollection, of a concert I wished I attended, from Jordan Rudess in a performance from the Official Keith Emerson Memorial concert, that took place in Los Angeles in 2016.
