On Recollections, I discuss my personal thoughts and memories of progressive rock and related music.  On this month’s show, I will be discussing and playing the music from my personal recollections of the first time I heard the Exorcist End Title movie theme, also known as the introduction to Mike Oldfield’s classic album Tubular Bells, and the studio version of Pictures At An Exhibition by ELP. Later in the show will be my “Versus” segment, where I will play and compare an original musical work, to its later prog cover. This month I will be presenting two versions of Peter Gunn, which was the theme music for the 1950’s TV show of the same name. Also, I will present a concert recollection of mine from the 2010 tour of Emerson and Lake (without Palmer).
