On Recollections, I discuss my personal thoughts and memories of progressive rock and related music. On this month’s show, I will be discussing and playing the music from my personal recollections of the first time I heard a song from the second album by Asia. Later in the show will be my “Versus” segment, where I will play and compare an original musical work, to its later prog cover. This month I will be comparing the West Side Story song “Something’s Coming” with its later prog cover by Yes. I will also play one of my favorites for you and this month it will be 1 song each from Bodkin and Le Orme. Later in the show, I will be presenting prog from a non-prog band, and this month it will be by the punk rock band Green Day.
