Hosted by Sam Butters, the founder of Progressive Rock AZUSA. On Recollections, I discuss my personal thoughts and memories of progressive rock and related music. On this month’s show, I will be discussing and playing the music from my personal recollections of the first time I heard music from Peter Frampton. Later in the show will be my “Versus” segment, where I will play and compare an original musical work from the great rock band of the 1960’s and early 70’s, The Doors, to its later prog cover by Nektar. For you “completest” out there, that segment should be an interesting one to explore. I will also play one of my favorites for you and this month it will be from Halloween. Later in the show, I will be presenting prog from a non-prog band, and this month it will be the great metal band Black Sabbath.
