On Recollections, I discuss my personal thoughts and memories of progressive rock and related music. On this month’s show, I will be discussing and playing the music from my personal recollections of the first time I heard music from Tangerine Dream and The Alan Parsons Project. Later in the show will be my “Versus” segment, where I will play and compare an original musical work, titled “You Keep Me Hangin’ On” by Vanilla Fudge, to its later jazz fusion cover by Niacin. Also, I will be presenting prog from a non-prog band, and this month it will be from the grunge rock band Creed.
